Having a go at Type 1 fun in Madeira

Running a lap of Great Britain
In November 2015, I set off to run (and hike and slide and crawl) 5000 miles self-supported around the coast of Great Britain, in a bid to scratch the surface of my home country and see how far my legs could take me. Ten months later I became the youngest person and first woman to complete this journey. Along the way I saw Britain at its wild and wonderful best, ate a lot of cake and developed a terrible fear of cows.
